"The Dinner is representative of a parable that is played out through music, dance, and the magical. The cyclical and fickle nature of events and of human behavior. The wily and the healers, the celebratory and just in the sense of 'being’. Fall through excess and finally salvation through simplicity and accord with nature.

The installation employs the prop of hand painted stage drops used in theatre and photo-khanas.

The stage is set high as if for a Kathputli performance set high as in a Punch and Judy show.
